CLASSES

All classes throughout the year will include a combination of the following:

Warm-Up
Stretching
Ballet
General Gymnastics (cartwheels, rolls, handstands, partner balances)
Body technique (balancing, leaping, turning, galloping)
Apparatus technique (ribbons, balls, hoops, scarves, clubs or anything that we can manipulate as a hand apparatus)
Routines

The above skills will be combined together to create choreographed routines.
This is what they will perform as a group at our two Gymnaestrada Shows.

plus $40 costume fee

9 Week Introduction Session

Want to give rhythmic gymnastics a try? Join us for a 9 week introduction class!
Learn the basics of rhythmic gymnastics and at the end of the session, they will perform a routine at our Gymnaestrada.

Sardis Elementary

Cost $100
(Includes T-Shirt)

Fall Session: October 8, 2019 - December 7, 2019
Spring Session: February 18, 2020 - May 2, 2020

Novice Display Team

This group trains two times per week. One day includes acrobatic training.

Mondays 5:00pm-6:00pm (Vedder Elementary)
Thursdays 6:00pm-7:30pm (Sardis Elementary)
Season length is the week of September 9, 2019 to May 2, 2020

Cost $65/month
**Some additional expenses are costumes, club jacket, t-shirt and toe slippers
*prices subject to change as affected by gym rental fees

● Costume Fee $40 (All gymnasts require black leggings)

● All gymnasts will perform at two Gymnaestradas
